This is my second review for Jennifer since she helped me buy a home this time! Once again, she was wonderful. Very kind, attentive and was able to get me an amazing deal on my home and for my inspection requests. I definitely recommend her as a realtor and would give her 10 stars if I could! Jennifer was very helpful, always prompt and made sure I was comfortable with everything concerning the sale of my house. She even helped me fix little things around the house to get it ready. I highly recommend using her as your realtor!

I would give Jen 10 stars if I could! Purchasing a home can seem a monumental task, but Jen kept us on track and because of her efforts it seemed… well, almost easy. From finding an amazing home to post-sale, she has been right there at the perfect time. Making a good offer - done. Negotiating the price we want - done. Getting the inspection - done. Obtaining the concessions - done. I was thinking one evening about how I needed to set up utilities soon, and the very next day I received an email from Jen’s team telling me how to go about setting up my utilities. Even after the sale, Jen has been there for us - providing us with recommendations for all sorts of service contractors, from pools to HVAC and everything in between. If I ever need a real estate agent again, I don’t have to search for one because I’ll just call Jennifer Haugebak.

Jennifer was knowledgeable about the entire process and was so effective in teaching us how to buy a home for our first time! She made the whole process less intimidating. She was also responsive to us at all times. No matter when we contacted her, she was available to us and handled questions and concerns right away.
